By using Glamr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Glamr

Glamr is an AI-powered virtual styling platform that lets you upload photos and preview hairstyle and beard transformations. Results are AI-generated simulations and may not perfectly replicate real-world outcomes.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Your Account

To use Glamr, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration
Keep your login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Be at least 13 years old (under 18 requires parental consent)

3. Credits & Payments

Glamr uses a credit-based system. Each AI transformation consumes one or more credits.
Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through subscription plans.
Subscription credits renew monthly and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
One-time credit pack purchases do not expire.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings.

4. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

These terms apply to Glamr subscription and credit purchases made online. If you have a separate agreement with us, those terms apply instead.

Refund Policy

All payments are generally non-refundable unless we determine otherwise. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

Billing errors
Duplicate charges
Other circumstances at our sole discretion

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

Navigate to your account's Settings.
Click on Cancel Plan and follow the process.

Cancellation Terms

Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.
You will retain full access for the duration of your paid period.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos of others without their consent
Generate offensive, illegal, or misleading content
Use the service for deepfakes, harassment, or deception
Reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the service
Resell transformation results commercially without authorization

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Glamr platform, its design, logos, software, and AI models are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Photos: You retain ownership. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process them — this license ends when photos are deleted (within 24 hours).
Generated Images: AI results are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not claim them as unedited photographs or use them fraudulently.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that AI results will be perfectly accurate or match real-world styling.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and unused credits are forfeited.

You may also delete your account at any time from your Account Settings.
